April just placed 8th place in the Crossfit Southeast regionals.  She used The Soak all weekend and managed to compete with minimal soreness or pain.  Recovery with The Soak is now part of her workout routine. “I started using the Soak salts about 2 months prior to Regionals, when my training was just starting to include two sessions a day along with heavy lifting. Kayne understands what it takes to compete as the former decathlon school record holder for the University of Florida. After training and competing in the NCAA track and field national event, Kayne’s calves, hamstrings, and feet were burning by the end of the event. Therefore, we recently had him replicate his intense college workout routine and then put his lower body in a bathtub filled with The Soak. Afterwards, he commented, “I dealt with knee injuries and rehabilitation my whole career and have experimented with many products out there. The Soak feels completely different. It works. I still can’t believe my legs aren’t sore right now!”

Shannon has been focused on keeping her legs fresh since scoring 70 goals in high school as the South Florida player of the year in 2003. While playing for the Miami Hurricanes, she regularly took ice baths and had massages in order to keep her body healthy. After a recent club game, she tested The Soak in two different ways: she first took a warm bath filled with The Soak and then she froze a mixture of The Soak and water in a paper cup, which she used to massage her muscles directly. She called us that night to say “Wow, I wish you guys had this product while I was at Miami. The bath completely relaxed my body and got rid of stiffness in my legs. Then I used the frozen cup of The Soak to put directly on my calves, which always tighten up after I play. Within minutes, it really helped loosen my calf muscles. I couldn’t believe it”

James loved the physicality of lacrosse right when he started playing. However, he realized in high school that taking care of his body was crucial if he wanted to play at an elite level. Throughout Duke’s championship run at the NCAA tournament, James vividly remembers the constant punishment his body took and the importance of doing whatever he could to help his body recover.
